Let us mark decimals for episodes? - ex 3.5 to note to myself I got through 3 and a half episodes before pausing

It would help for those of us who may need to pause a series in the midst of an episode. There's some shows with long episodes that you may want to do it for, like Katanagatari's 1 hour ish episodes, and then there's some people who can't sit for all of a 2 and 1/2 hour movie, so they may want to mark it as 0.75 done or something in case they wanna go back.
