Rare is the announcement that gets me this hyped. Unless i hear the names of this "Dream Team"!
I too love everything they worked on and the same thing for individual works from them.
From the synopsis i can expect something in the likes of Liz and the blue bird. Not about the plot of course, but in the aspect of the focus on colors and music.
Since the produciton of Heike Monogatari, this originaly staff from Kyoto Animation has a place to shine while this last studio is rebuilding from the ashes.
Needless to say i'm so hyped!

as much as i wish they stayed with kyoto animations, these last few years and probably even the next few are gonna be focused on them rebuilding. and right now, yamada and yoshida have done great stuff under science saru, heike monogatari being one of my all time favs. kensuke ushio is just a free bird that does everything and is amazing at his job, but his music is perfectly suited to yamada's style. overall should be a fantastic film regardless.
especially music anime, yamada seems to nail it, k-on, liz and the blue bird, and heike monogatari proved that, so i absolutely cant wait to see where this goes.
