Would it be against site rules to offer an editing service?

I do not think it is the place to do it in a sense of it being permited by the site rules.
But you could add information on your bio, I guess. Or a link to your Carrd site, or
any other site of its sort, for example, and there you could talk about what you do
and what you offer.
