  Bar was low that this isn't much of an accomplishment. It is still 10 episodes 2 fights with lots of backstory that doesn't really translate into animation and breaks pace

Better than S1 for sure. There was actual animation instead of a just stills during the fights, I still find the backstory breaks pace if you are binging, which is what Netflix wants.

If it is weekly seasonal it would make sense, but for binging it is just horrible. Much better than S1 at least placing it at the start of an episode instead of mid-fight- mid attack

More of the same.

Animation is a bit better, but not by much. The Shiva and Raiden fight has laughable animation, but Jack vs Hercules is a tad better.

They talk a lot, have a lot of flashbacks, and fight very little. I guess this style works better in the Manga.
