First I want to address my thoughts on this episode, which is I’m glad that All Might finally had a chance to take a step forward instead of feeling [basically] worthless after his fight with AFO.

Now with this season…it really drove my nerves on ends. In the first half, it began so well then ending up going downhill, so fast. For all the heroes. It truly drove Deku, who is normally the brightest down to a dark rock bottom. However in the second half, it managed to allow most to come back into the story in a well down and fitting way. As well as giving character growth to those who were least likely able to. Another thing I liked too was a call back to other characters we’ve seen along in this series. This isn’t anything new with Hori, but I love that as I feel he really cares for his story by doing this.

Either way to not make this too long, or reveal much else…I think it was well done. The second half definitely managed to get me excited for the final act after being solely an anime watcher for this season, after putting the manga on a good pause after a certain point.
