The suggestion should be "make them larger on larger screens" I think.
They are about 12x12px - that´s a little tiny in 4k

They're fine on smaller screens/resolutions, but I can see why they're too small on larger ones....Sorry if this comes of as a bit rude, but did you read past the first sentence?
