Loved it
Is this episode set before they started dating? The animation looked weird in some scenes but the story is pretty good. Had some good laughs about miyamura's period lmao
yes and no. Those are chosen cahpters from different points in the story, that were skipped in the main seriess. If you did not read manga it might be hard to get wich scene happens when. Still they made it quite enjoyable without knowing the manga. I love it to be honest. I read whole manga 3 times already and watched the anime 5 times so i am realy hyped to see more chapters animated.
I was unsure if I'd enjoy this since it's not gonna follow a set story like it did in the original, it's just gonna be a bunch of side stories, then I remembered how much fun it was to watch these characters interacting with each other. Gonna be waiting for every episode on saturdays!
Hope we're gonna get some moments between Tooru and Yuki, or if they're gonna go Yuki and Akane and Tooru and Sakura instead (kinda doubt it tho)
Really liked Horimiya as it was portrait in S1, but this seems kind of hard to follow for someone who didn‘t read the manga like me. A little cut between scenes to distinguish different scenarios which didn‘t happen back to back would have helped a lot. The trip to Kyoto felt kind of lackluster for me as it was so short, and mostly told through the few pictures they‘ve shown from the trip besides them staying in their rooms. Could have been a nice whole episode in of itself. For the most part, I can totally understand why they left out these parts in S1 as they definitely feel less interesting and substantial for the plot than what we saw S1. Don‘t know if I‘m going to continue watching it, maybe watch a few episodes here and there, but I kinda wish it was more structured to not feel like an afterthought of scenes which didn‘t make the cut.
