This was very satisfying to watch even if Itadori didn't get disintegrate him.
LETS GOOOOO

episode so good, especially Choso's fight ^_^ the "onii-chan" thingy is so cute haha my baby should explain to Yuji about it ehhhh
and this trashy mohito... somehow i'm still waiting for Yuji to kill him in some way :((( arghhh
btw. someone did notice that Yuji's hair changed when he brushed his hand through it? like in Sukuna state o.O
okay. someone tell me one thing: there isn't any evidence so far for Mei Mei being bad sis. the scene is only her naked in bed and Ui being too, but clothed. I'm not an expert in understanding, but whats fuss about???
[Removed]
I mean, I was wondering about it, cuz people didn't get Gege for it
and about question, in real life sure, but in manga I just don't think about anything and watch it (I believe in author being normal person). I don't know if this scene in bed was needed for plot or...
btw. thanks for little explaining
a theory I have from this episode and please don't spoil if i'm right, Choso mentions his blood got tampered with by this Noritoshi Kamo that is inside geto, and then for some reason he felt similar to yuji, could it be that yuji has become a vessel or some sort because this Kamo also did something with yuji? maybe taken someone over from their family? seems like an interesting plot twist to yuji just being this random guy to being more involved in why he is sukuna's vessel. but no really please don't spoil me if this is true, just something I want to put out there.
also yuki is best girl lol
This was way better than the Sukuna fight. This and the dad coming back to fight were the best... the Sukuna fight you couldnt really tell what was going on or where they were... just everything blowing up cause fisty cuffs. This fight was just great progression and pacing, reason to fight, what the stakes were, etc. A+
...sigh
adds JJK to my "lame twist where the shonen protagonist is revealed to have a super important family lineage out of nowhere" list
Out of nowhere?? Mc was mysteriously physcially super human in the beginning of the series even before he ate the 1st sukuna finger and before he knew ANYTHING about curse energy and curses. In the very 1st ep, his grandpa wanted to talk to him about his parents before dying. Also, when itadori ate the 1st sukuna finger and was able to surpass sukuna, gojo said; someone like itadori would only come once in a 1000 years so tell me, how the brain guy being itadori's parent is out of nowhere lol.
The thread "Yuji Itadori sucks as a MC and so does Nobara" and its comments have been merged into this thread.
You can view the merged thread's body below:
At the beginning I didn't mind him at all because he had that MC goofy start, but as the series goes on it feels like everyone is progressing except him and now after episode 22 of S2 which apparently was supposed to be his "charater developement arc" it just feels bland.
When I watched JJK0 I thought the same thing at the beginning about Yuta but by the end of the movie he had such a great back story and charater to him that he became my fav in the series after Gojo and just before Megumi who was also well built since S1.
But for Itadori just like Nobara they feel like they don't belong and it's not just a power thing, they're basically NPCs with MC boost, one is better known as sukuna's vessel the other just screams entitled they tried giving her back story but it felt dumb and dull.
