Demm it is too early but I still cant wait for new season

Not going to pretend like I'm not pretty worried about this. Beyond The Snow is chapters 92 to 99 of the main manga, while the Shimane Illuminati season probably ended at the around the late 60s (or maybe 70? I haven't seen the last episode admittedly). There's a lot to cover in the next cour, and a majority of the chapters that will be adapted will be predominantly dialogue focused than action. Considering how they cut some important stuff in the first two episodes of Shimane Illuminati I'm worried they'll make some other important cuts during the season to make time.

I was not expecting this, thought there would just be another random season to this anime and nothing more. I suppose we don't live in cursed timeline after all.

Are they animating the arc where they go back in time because that has to be one of the worst arcs in recorded history of manga.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I love the series and the characters but the Illuminati season was the weakest of all three and that's saying a lot considering the first season had an anime original ending that they dismissed in favour of the manga's path (which was for the best).

Update: The new Season will be a 2-Chour Anime, they already announced the OP Theme Song (“RE RESCUE” from Reol)
Start of the “Beyond the Snow Saga” is in October and get followed by the “The Blue Night Saga” in January 2025.

And it seems to be the same Studio has before (Studio VOLN)
