The story starts off weak (typical boy in a high school then something happens). The high school setting continues on for quite a long time which is so typical its annoying. Some side characters exist for the main purpose of showing how the protagonist evolved as a character without adding real depth to them. Moreover, there's so much blood/meat in fighting scenes its kind of gross.
