Trashiest works ever created thread
Post the trashiest manga or anime you've ever encountered. You know, a work that is so bad it becomes good. A garbage fire. Something very cringey. Or extremely badly done. I'm sure it can spark joy in someone's heart (mine? eheh).

School Days
I don't have to say much but:
NTR, NTR, and oh look more NTR.
Even though I totally agree with School Days, I wouldnt agree with IS, while it definitely isn't the best in the genre, it also isn't the worse, for example: Hundred
In the same Mecha + Ecchi genre Hundred falls short in comparison to IS, though some personal tastes may cause someone to change their opinion

This may sound dramatic but School Days has broken me. I fully believe I am no longer the same man I was before I watched this six-hour long, overly tragic, depressing odyssey.
I realised this today whilst watching I've Always Liked You. I kept expecting someone to go full Makoto and NTR the shit out of every person they've ever met. Like, there's a cute moment in this film where one character invites the girl he likes on a date, but she's in love with someone else. She agrees though, because she doesn't see it as a date and then it all comes to a head later when the boy she likes sees him hugging her, and steps in to intervene.
This entire scene I was having horrific flashbacks to School Days, fully expecting the male character to smirk and fuck someone else, causing this girl to forget her love for the other boy and fucking the person she doesn't actually love. As a result, I felt like I couldn't fully experience the warm fuzzy feelings stories like this normally give me. In other words, I feel like I'm gonna have to lay off romance dramas and romcoms for a while, even though that's pretty much all I watch. I just can't enjoy them without worrying Makoto is gonna pop up behind me, and make me pregnant whilst the woman in love with me falls in love with him instead.In case this wasn't clear this is me both agreeing and disagreeing with you at the same time
I'd argue that School Days is actually really good, but that's just me^^ Otherwise I agree that King's game and IS are real bad.

Yeah, Wanna Be the Strongest is something I should've loved, but I hate seeing girls squeal in pain, which seemed to be all that happened to the protagonist, so I couldn't finish it

Honestly, Mo Dao Zu Shi turned me into a spoiled little brat who expects every chinese anime to be absolutely gorgeous so I was laughing my ass off while I was watching Spiritpact.
The story is pretty basic BL fluff. The pacing is ridiculously fast which is HILARIOUS but I did enjoy the (intentional) comedy at times. It even has a jojo reference early on so I just can't be mad at it <3

Is it that bad??It's currently my lowest graded manga, so, I'll say so.
I mean, I'd excuse it for "borrowing" the Death Note format if it was interesting and entertaining, or at least, so "bad it's good", but it's just super boring... and the fact that the entire plot idea (Super smart student decides to go against all criminals using a special power but he does it in a morally ambigous way that makes him somewhat a villain which makes us have a second MC that works with the cops in trying to find him resulting in a battle of wits) and the artstyle is just a copy of Death Note makes it all even worse.
Seriously, just check the artstyle and see if they aren't trying their best to look like Obata, and failing miserably because Obata is one of the greatest artists in manga.
Sorry mate, you can still give a try, it's not too long, and you may disagree with me, but I really don't think you'll find any enjoyment here.

Most of this I wouldn't really call trashy, maybe I have a different definition of trashy but when I think 'trashy dumpster fire' I think of shit that's basically porn, but without the actual porn scenes. Stuff like:

The plot of this is 'hey boobs and asses are hot right? Oh but we can't actually show these things unclothed, also there's a huge homo-erotic vibe going on but we won't actually go into any detail on that' But I liked it, it was silly, self-aware trash.Now, something I don't really like but I think fits with the porn without the porn description is:DAKAICHI Im being harassed by the sexiest man of the year-/
This is literally mind break hentai but they cut just before the two men shag. The problem with this is it doesn't seem to be aware of what it is, blue ball fodder. It's just, ugh. Like it takes itself so goddamn seriously like it's pretending the plot is something more than 'the more sex happens, the more you love this man.' But that can be redeemed if the characters are interesting or if it just keeps going with the half-assed plot to a point where shit just goes wild like School Days.On the so bad it's good section, but not porn without the porn (yet still trashy) is: The Future Diary It's kinda silly at the start, seems to realise it's ridiculous halfway through and then goes batshit fucking insane. It's just wonderfully awful, because the whole time the tone of the show is super serious and important, even when somebody's throwing another character's umbilical cord to someone in a box to prove a very important plot point that goes nowhere. I love it

The biggest sin this show commits is it's boring. It's a character-driven plot with characters that don't seem to have any sort of internal logic to their decisions. Really I dislike this show so much I don't even have much to say about it.
Yeah I also don't think Keijo belongs on this list. Keijo was actually kinda funny. Like yeah a lot of it was just so ridiculous you couldn't take it seriously. But even the show didn't take itself seriously, and there's something good in that. I think the real / main trash part of Keijo is the amount of exclamation marks in the title.
@LittleVulpix just to make it clear, I was the one to bring up Keijo because my point was 'when I think of trashy, this is what I think of'. Stuff that's not bad, but could be assumed to be terrible from the basic plot description. Another show like this would be BenTo. It's people fighting about lunch, it sounds like it should be awful, but it's not.

The first couple of minutes are like "oh you know what, this is actually pretty good" and then the music stops and we get into the actual "story" of this OVA. Absolute dumpster fire, and the last 15 minutes or so aren't even anime. And i won't spoil it for you, but this is HILARIOUS because NOTHING MAKES SENSE. Give it shot, its only 41 minutes.In order to understand why this is so bad, you must watch the first season. This was an extremely fun experience for me because it was one of the only times where I sat down and dissected every scene, picking apart this god awful "sequel" to the original, that was filled with writing plot holes and constantly broke its own rules.
Nobody did it yet, so im saving everyone else some time.

the VN is a classic, however the anime is the first thing i can think of when i think of a garbage fire, studio DEEN really went all in with the QUALITY Animation in it and they spectacularly managed to make something incredible only entertaining when specifically looking to watch something Bad
