Starting with this one, my first pokemon game, nostalgia hits me hard on this one.
I never been much of a pokeyman man, but I've always been able to appreciate various songs throughout the series. Especially them town themes.
Now, this is a very difficult topic for me, as I have several games and series that I love the soundtracks of, but for now I'll just say Shin Megami Tensei IV. Whole game is filled with awesome battle songs, depressing location themes, and comfy shop themes, just like the rest of the series.

Even from this sole OST, there is too much for me to pick from.
Holy shit this battle theme is so insane... maybe i'll give this game a try or just listen to the entire OST since i usually don't like turn based rpg games.
I don't play many turn based RPGs myself, but Megami Tensei is the one series that just clicked for me, probably due to all the customization for demon skills, and how I normally don't have dead weight party members. Music, setting, and religious elements are also a big draw for me.
One more track from IV, this is just the default battle theme for random encounters.
For me it will always be the Silent Hill soundtracks.
They opened me to the world of industrial, noise and dark ambient music. It's sooooo good.
In similar fashion, the game Saya no Uta also has amazing and disturbing music:
Other than those, I really love the OST to Thomas Was Alone.
And finally, the classics Undertale and Deltarune. I actually preffer Deltarune's OST.

Yo, Devil's Lyric is my favorite track in SH1, great pick, homeslice. I still need to get around to playing 2/3, beat SH1 years ago to get ready for them, but never did start them. I should probably play Saya No Uta, too.
Oh totally. Silent Hill 2 is just a perfect game. 3 and 4 are also good. 4 is a bit repetitive, since you're forced to play the same levels twice, but it's a really good game nonetheless, don't miss on it.
Saya no Uta is a very graphic visual novel, but the story is pretty great and disturbing.
You know, I keep leaving out 4 for some reason, despite the fact I looked at the game when it first came out and thought it looked pretty interesting, but passed on it since I hadn't played previous titles, I'll definitely add it to the list.
Also I am very well aware of the existence of Gen Urobuchi (even though I mostly know him for Taiwanese murder puppets) and meat vision, so I have a good idea on what Saya No Uta is like.
@HazeFaze already took the smt IV soundtrack, so I'll throw in a couple from it's sequel, Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse cause it's just as good

Dagda's theme
I have too many game soundtracks that I like to listen to to really mention, but one I always like to come back to is The House in Fata Morgana, a really emotional and haunting soundtrack (for an equally emotional and haunting game)
Main theme
Also the entire Mother series, especially 3, I would probably say it has one of my favourite ost's of all time
I can't pick out a singular song so here is the entire 6 hour ost lol
Begin Again is a track that plays on Fallout New Vegas' Mysterious Broadcast radio station. It's very errie, melancholic, and arguably my favorite song in the game. It kinda reminds me of the song In Heaven from the movie Eraserhead.
Hmm i'll share three songs for now.
My first would probably be from the Final Fantasy series. There's so many great songs from there and i could probably fill two of these lists with them honestly, but i'll just stick with what is probably my number 1 favourite:
My second will probably be a song from a visual novel called VA-11 Hall-a, one of my favourites of all time. The song itself feels very upbeat and positive but at the same time also a little melancholic? It's hard to explain but maybe you'll get it if you listen to it:
My final one will be from Yakuza 0, for the simple reason that the song is incredibly hype and never fails to make me feel energized whenever i listen to it:
Of course there's tons more i could've picked but i didn't want this list to be too long so i just stuck with these three.
Papers Please, Minecraft and OFF's OSTs get me the most emotional. I genuinely had tears of joy in my eyes when I got the EZIC ending on my first playthrough and the victory theme started playing while that whole spiel about building a better system with your hands went by. It just really resonated with me.
And then Minecraft's OST just fills me with this infinite nostalgia for the early 2010s, as well as this impossible to describe sense of curiosity about the MC world and equally ephemeral comfort. OFF, meanwhile, has just the right mix of awesome tracks (Peper Steak never gets old), ones that make me scared (Japhet's theme creeps me the hell out still), and ones that just make me really emotional (Fourteen Residents, Not Safe, Rainy Day...)
Honorable mentions for Ib and Angels of Death. My favourites in Ib are Puppet and Dining Room (I still tear up thinking about Mary sometimes), whereas in AoD it's National Kid, ELIMINATE_LOCKED and Dark_Hero (that one in particular is INSANE)
Really hard to say because of how many there are...
If you liked Nier's ochestral stuff let me drop this hidden gem. For what's basically a main menu theme it has no rights to hit that hard.
If you're looking for IDM, ambient stuff the InMomentum OST is pretty good and underrated too.
Otherwise if you just want some background mix of OST to listen to, check out dedeco's YT channel. He has a bunch of different set, each with different style (and glorious commentaries in the subtitles)
