Is Fuyumi Ono's "Demon Child" considered a light novel?
As the title reads I'm wondering if Demon Child is considered a novel or a light novel. I know it's considered volume 0 in the Twelve Kingdoms light novel series, but that was only after the Twelve Kingdoms was released. The book isn't on here so I was wondering if I could add it or if it hasn't been added because it isn't considered a light novel. The guide for adding light novels recommends looking up tags on retailers, but I can't read japanese so it's a bit difficult for me to figure it out.

I remember that the classification was not light novel.Originally, "The Twelve Kingdoms" and "The Demon Child" were published by different publishers. After the anime adaptation, in 2012, the new edition of "The Twelve Kingdoms" moved its label to the same publisher as "The Demon Child". After the label move, "The Demonic Child" was counted as volume 0 of the series.
