Damn. Another fire episode. Bleach currently is the best it has ever been since SS arc

this twist was insane ngl, crazy to think even yhwach foreseeing couldn't predict it

and finally, the mvp is back, better than ever

even more new stuff this week, that whole flashback in the manga is just 1 panel of ukitake laying on the floor. at this rate theres actually a real chance they improve the ending so im very hyped for that spoilers for anime onlys btw^.
and for the people saying they made aizen ugly its just the lighting, looks exactly the same in the manga and hes still my glorious beautiful king

Did the episode start somewhat abruptly? In the previous chapter there is the ending poem that is about Ukitake, but this one starts immediately with Ukitake entering the science chamber and saying he's gonna do the thing.

Other than that, the episode was 10/10, this is Kubo doing his best.

  felt the same. But I guess that was to create a sense of shock and confusion to the viewers, although imo it would've been a bit better if the episode started with the flashback instead of ukitake saying that

  It was more than likely to give the other important stuff in the episode screentime rather than the setup to the Kamikake.
