And now the other girl arrived as well, people said most folks will prob hate her but I think she's aight for now. She has no chance :^) But I guess we will see next episode.

Despite small and funny misunderstandings, the relationship between Momo and Okarun consolidates. A new character has been introduced who seems very bitchy at the moment ( thanks Momo for sticking up for all of us otaku ). Turbo Babaa returns, she has 7 lives like cats and in fact she ended up trapped in a cat. XD

This episode was a directional highlight by Soumi Nishiyama in a way that made the school section sheneningans charming, and adorable. I noticed that the presence of OST was more felt in a different way compare to the fight from last week. For some it may have felt that the pacing has considerably slowed down, but I believe that in order for the youthful and school oriented parts it worked just fine for the emotions, and thoughts to be properly conveyed. The misunderstandings, and romcom aspect is just as important for Dandadan's identity as the wacky yokai and alien encounters. At last the iconic cat made a proper appearence!

I can't be the only one that felt the "kiss" scene was kind of short? Usually in those situations there is a bit a of timestop, but not here.

  Thats always an issue with manga pacing vs anime. In manga each reader can control the pacing and make any scene last as long as they want to linger, but anime is forced into linear time.
  I think the teeth clacking bonk works fine because its more of an accident than a big emotional stopping point, but I get wishing it was longer

SARU is killing it with this anime. Their style fits the story and atmosphere so well. Just on the animation alone this is a top 3 anime of the season.

Momo getting jealous, & defending Okarun was the cutest & most wholesome part about this episode, & I loved it the most. This anime just keeps getting better & better, every week. Peak show.
