Honestly, that wasn't even supposed to be the ending. Feels like it got axed. Was interesting at first, and even cringe too at times, but it was okay somehow and then they brought the cultivation arc and the world got a lot bigger. Had potential to bring about ancient people and sects, but no, the author wanted it all to be a dream...
It really felt like a punch to the gut by the author, with how sudden he decided to play the dream card, heck I would be satisfied if the mc atleast had the attributes cross over from the "dream". The only plus point I would have regarding the ending would be that Lele was proved to be the main girl
Was always rooting for her, so that's something I guess
Wish we atleast got an ending that's similar to webtoon character na kang lim...
I was binge reading this shit for almost 3 days straight.
Overall, it was an interesting read, which leaves you frustrated and feeling empty at the end

  Well, I did read the next chap of the novel after the manhua's "end", and nope, it wasn't supposed to be just a dream.
  So, i atleast found solace in the fact that we have another ending.

  i wonder why the author made the decision to make it a dream ? and rushed the ending >.>

  Must've either been pressured to do so or just didn't wanna work on it anymore. Maybe it wasn't bringing revenue.

  To be fair, this series is really long and although the story is really original from some point onwards, most readers wouldn't get to that point when you have a few other manhuas that have a similar premise and are shorter and even more interesting.

  Most readers read this for the girls.(Even me at the beginning)
  But as the story progressed, it got me thinking about the ending,like where would he stop and who would be the final victor among his pursuers.
  Tbh, if anilist showed it's status as cancelled, i probably wouldn't have even picked it up

As a novel reader who was hyped for the main plot to start (because it hasn't started yet as of chapter 528 (as it covers around 450 chapters of the novel and it has 2100+ chapters), this ending disappointed me a lot.

Yeah bro, I was so mad at the ending, its a great manga tbh but the author do not have to make the ending like dog s***, but to be honest I have a feeling that if the manga continues big things are gonna happen

  Big things would happen for sure since they brought the cultivation genre, which unlocks an entirely different and vast plot
