Lmao, todays episode was great. Loved the details in the animal crossing references. And then there was Yakuza and also Akira? I am sure I missed some. Friendly badboy Raido was also something else.

Is it just me, or does Eru's voice sound different compared to the first season? I vaguely remember her voice is kinda deep and low tho.

I kind of forgot what I was watching for a while there.

Stupidly fun episode, the delinquent-esque Raido was hilarious. Looks scary, but is aggressively nice and helpful.

God how I love this series, the best episode. The whole plot with playing Animal Crossing which then transforms into a series of Yakuza games and then into some Cyberpunk like Akira. And when I thought that was the end of gold, the second half does something like season 2 of Iruma and gives us the main character in his emo phase who is still nice, such an aggressive gentleman. I laughed so hard

Usually when a character reads a manga in a manga or anime, I check to see if it's a parody or something.

The manga that Raido's younger sister was reading is an actual manga series, Denki-Gai no Honya-san, by the same author as Aharen:

Like hello???? The parody was too seriously good and so was the rest of the ep with Raidou’s placebo alcoholic effect in his head that made him like a delinquent and made me even me blush

This wild imagination runs deep through the whole Raidou’s family LOL
