So we know what conflict is going on to neighbor country. Pope faction vs Royal faction.

I think they were brave enough to face the knights in the middle of an open field, they were quite clever with their archers and swordsmen. That scene was so amazing.

So hope the last episode will wrap up properly for this conflict. And proper farewell to Rose that will going back to neighbor country.

Anyway, the setting place that they fight remind me of this fight too

I think, what make Rose and Gatoga face expression are maybe almost the men that attack them are the former knights of their country.

Welp I saw that betrayal at the end coming from a mile away. The combat and music in this episode was especially good compared to the previous.

What a dumb strategy, they lead themselves into the worst battlefield possible, perfect for the assassins, but I guess it is what it is, I'm hyped now that we finally get a genuine plot-twist

Am I the only one who thinks the CGI in this anime is really well done? I might actually prefer it to a hand-drawn scene.

  It's definitely better than most others. However, I think Japan still may need some work on the 3D stuff.

Some other people have also mentioned it in this comment section, but I wanna join in on it anyway. I'm impressed at how well the CGI fights are made in this anime, it's a very good example of how good CGI can look when done correctly (Not speaking about the ones that are almost entirely made with CGI, like To Be Hero X of course)
Also, yeah something about Rose was sus from the very moment she was introduced, interested to see how she's connected to the Pope faction, maybe because she wants to better the circumstances of orphans

It's amazing that Rose is actually voiced by Kayanon. I wouldn't have recognized her if I didn't check the VA list. Not a hint of her usual voice (or not a hint of Darkness, if you will), she's awesome.

I have to agree, it seemed fishy from start of the episode where she left and didn't ask for a date.

  It was very clear that she was involved in something. And everyone saw that miles away. But yeah, the question is seeing how it will be resolved.

Nobody remembered to, at least, bring shields for when the arrows would start flying. Knowing where they were going, it was clear that the assassins would rain arrows on them. No contingent to surround the royals with shields. Very stupid. This part really upset me. Yes, it's cool to see deflecting arrows with swords, but that number of arrows was a bit too much, and the danger to the royals was even worse. Made them look quite incompetent, and the enemies look pretty dumb for missing all of that, contrary to the previous episode, where they seemed to pose some threat.

And the proper farewell to Rose is 6 feet under, hopefully. But I doubt it will happen.
