I'm not expecting Katie will find Dennis and his restaurant in this episode. I thought it maybe on episode 10 or 11 (make it a emotional reunion).
I'm also glad that Atelier, Henrietta and Vivia are very helpful to that girl. They are all in nearly same situation. Maybe at future, they will be in a same party?
I’m happy to say that this show seems to have settled down and become the wholesome show that I thought it was going to be from the beginning with this being the best episode so far.
I think I’m really going to enjoy having Bachel around because I do love very earnest type characters. Vivia and Henrietta are such a power friendship that I also now love seeing them working or having fun with each other. I do hope this also ends with at least those three becoming their own adventuring party
Not only did we get to finally see more of Atelier’s personality, we also got a tiny bit of her back story. I’m sure her origins are more lofty than they are letting on now and it’ll be interesting how her history affects the overall story.
Katie is the MVP of this episode though. Just being who she is and also using such strong but happy tones diffused a situation that could have ended up really nasty real fast. Plus it’s the second episode in a row that Dennis was not the ultimate savior and it was a woman instead.
Now that I think all the main cast has been introduced, I think going forward we’re not going to have the “my adventuring party sucks, please save me” mentality that the last three episodes have relied upon. Hopefully we just get more wholesomeness and delicious looking food.
My attempt as translating Bachel's contract with the Night Mist Troop:
-CONTRACT-
Bachel is employed to the Night Mist Troop under the following conditions:
- The lives of our members are our top priority, and orders must be followed at all times
- The contract period is indefinite until the contract is terminated
Spring
Bachel
The alphabet used in this series so far mostly transliterates into English, but I noticed that this contract was transliteration into Japanese (romaji) instead.
