Before Marin it's Gojo's time to shine. Some great scenes for him in this episode :)

And the moment "he" finally steps on stage. The stunning performance! Such a great episode.

Gojo got so close to figuring out he's in love with Marin but not yet. He got some really cool scenes this week.

Also loved that one with the balloons

Phenomenal episode. I wasn't too impressed by s1, though I still liked it a lot, but the later arcs are so solid. Gojo is the standout of this episode and honestly just a standout protagonist in romcom. I'd put him up there with the likes of Shirogane and Hachiman, in my opimion.

The Rei segment was .... disappointing? in the manga the way it was drawn really made it feel like it was a epic ass scene when Marin walked out I was genuinely hyped. I was honestly bummed out by how quick and not hard hitting the costume reveal and beauty show felt compared to the manga. Overall great episode still!

  Nah I read the manga too and the anime handled it so damn well. They really killed it with the sound design and also the performance section. Truly a great adaptation of the source material.
  
  I mean, you can screenshot so many frames during that performance and get some eye dropping shots.

I'll always love Gojo's face when he gets locked-in, he is a badass and just doesn't know it. I really like any parts where we get all of the class involved, they're all likable despite the fact they have such a small part. Marin's friend group is especially great.

Really looking forward to seeing the next arc animated, especially a certain page lol.

I have to say very based song picks from Nowa at the Karaoke

i couldn't put my fingers on them right away cuz Larissa Tago Takeda is quite good at doing bad singing but after verifying i can confirm she sings Jitterbug by ELLEGARDEN and BABY BABY by GING NANG BOYZ

both songs are must-hear japanese pop punk tracks so yea quite common Nowa W

The anime took a turn with this second season, am dropping it.

Romance part is very slow, and they annoyingly blush over everything which honestly freaks me out.

The first season was amazing as it was a good romcom, but this season (and I heard even till the end) this anime will turns into 'this' losing what many people liked in the first season....

I still wonder why they couldn't just have bought a real rainbow rose, they said it was more then 1000 yen, which translates to roughly 6,70 USD or 5,80 Euro (If my currency calculater is accurate) so if we high ball it to like 8 USD/7 Euro (since he said it costs more), it's like virtually nothing, especially if they like put money together in the class or smth (Everybody puts like 10 Yen or so) it's even more affordable, so I don't know why they make it unnecessarily hard for themselves

  It's probably because the rose is also something that expires. Paying 10 bucks for a prop that lasts forever is one thing, but for these high schoolers that are saving up money with part time jobs it's definitely smart to try to not spend money on stuff that you can't use more than once

S2 has definitely taken a different turn from S1, and i'm really liking it so far. Some great moments between Gojo and Marin, and It's nice seeing Gojo stepping out of his comfort zone, while also starting to figure out his emotions abt Marin. gojo's locked in face was rly funny lol but great episode overall, can't wait for next week.

Am I the only one who thought that the role call Marin and the class did kinda completely killed the aura of the episode? Gojou locking in went so hard, and so did the start of Marin walking in as Rei, then they do this go go Marin thing. Definitely was in the same boat of reacting as Gojou lmao

This anime honestly is a 10/10 for me, the animation and the characters are amazing. Gojo realizing he might like Marin is a great step, this whole arc was just great. It felt fresh even though I’ve seen similar arcs so many times in other anime. Can’t wait for next week.

I was hestitant about watching season 2 since its been so long since i watched season 1so i was afraid i wouldnt remember anything but I'm glad I decided watch this ,this episode was a 10/10.
Really happy to see everyone lock in and every character is drawn so damn well.

I Love how Marin's eyes look here

This arc really felt like it was to flesh out the rest of the class and It works (maybe they were already introduced earlier in season 1 and i just dont remember) I'm really liking them and I'd like to see more of them even though I love the one on one moments with marin and gojo

This episode was so amazing. The animation was spot on and the voice acting and expressions of all the characters were so well done. Marin nailed the cool Reisama cosplay and then she still had all of the cute moments with Gojo. The expressions in this episode was everything!
