I think for whatever ruthlessness the characters have shown, it had been a good watch, but some people praise it by a far extent. I would actually like to see some more of the Light's company, their background, devotion or maybe routine life. The fights have been one sided quite much so miss the proper action but I think those will be like in the end of the series cause no way all these races would team up again so quickly. They may come together to attack a common enemy but not co-operate. Some critics fall harsh on the show but it seriously deserves more seasons. 7/10 for me would be 8 if it had another cour.
