I just finished the Monogatari series and now I'm depressed, I need an anime to fill the hole in my heart from where monogatari used to be
Mushishi is a great episodic supernatural, though notably lacking the romance and harem aspect:
Mushishi
@oddishburrito said to avoid (and I know you dropped it but might as well put it out there again), I liked it
Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girlsenpai no Yume wo Minai
Something I haven't seen but have heard being comparable to monogatari, however it is shoujo and caters more to those tropes:
Kubikiri Cycle The Blue Savant and the Nonsense User
Created by the same author for Monogatari (NisioIsin) and produced by the same studio (studio SHAFT)
The moment I started this anime it immediately reminded me of monogatari
Not an anime buuuuuuuuut deffinetly it'll entertain you, really enjoyed these seyuu discussions:

The author didn't only write Monogatari and Kubikiri Cycle, but also Katanagatari
which also had witty dialogues (heavy on dialogue as well), a bit of romance and it's an episodic tale in an odd style of art.
Nisio Isin also wrote Medaka Box, which I haven't seen, as well as Juni Taisen, which I couldn't really recommend.
one of the most underrated anime out there
Penguindrum
Monogatari CANNOT be replaced! but
for sure:
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
Kubikiri Cycle Aoiro Savant to Zaregototsukai
and maybe:
Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata
