I don't know what is going on with anilist but I just watched the 14th episode and many of you have done the same I guess. So for the episode it was good but I really don't know what is actually going on? Fushi didn't know the fear of school I guess. Whatever reason is I just want to say one thing is that the previous seasons were much more interesting and depressing. I know they are in a totally different environment and every situation is new for them but I am not enjoying it that much but that doesn't mean this series is bad though, for some of you it may be good.
Episode 13 was released on December 27th, but there was an earthquake in Japan, interrupting the TV broadcast. However, Crunchyroll had already posted episode 13. They then removed episode 13 and were supposed to post it today along with the Japanese TV broadcast, but they ended up posting episode 14 instead. I already watched episode 14, and now they've removed episode 14 again, lmao.
Idk about the episodes confusion but I know for a fact I just finished episode 14, and had watched 13 quite a while back.
That aside, Fushi might just have or might be on the verge of realising his fear of losing his 'found family' as they live out their lives (that's one thing I noticed in the last few minutes of the episode). Also, I hope the author will show Gugu's face with his hair not obscuring it.
@Mrinu Did you watch the previous seasons 1 episode per week also?
Great episode, I love how they unpacked fushis' fear of abandonment. I found it particularly interesting how they contrasted the raw hurt of losing someone to death to the hurt of seeing them move on. Which is a great tie in with the tonari's line about how fushi is closer to the knokkers than he realizes. He doesn't understand why someone would want a human life instead of the immoral bliss on earth he dreams of and is terrified of his friends transitioning to a humanity outside himself. I found this particular aspect to be fascinating, fushi seems to have developed a bit of a disaste for normal humanity. He doesn't want people to feel pain but he is unconcerned with the moments that lie between.
I am so confused. People in this thread were talking about the delays LAST WEEK, and LAST WEEK we should have all synced up with the episode 13/14 situation, so why is 15 delayed now? We already had a delay a few weeks ago that was attributed to the earthquake situation right?
Marcelinho's comment in this thread mostly explains it already, but episode 13 was supposed to air last week - however has been out early since CR put out the episode when it was canceled due to the earthquake news. They then removed it only to air both episode 13 and episode 14 last week, when only episode 13 was supposed to release. Then they removed episode 14 shortly after doing that.
Forward to this week, episode 14 is supposed to come out this week and now it has and CR has finally not accidentally released another episode early, so anyone who's been watching should be fine to just assume it'll air normally now. There is no delay for episode 15, episode 15 is supposed to come out next week (as seen on NHK's timetable)
okay, I think I just need to stop thinking so hard. In my head I could have sworn we've had two weeks worth of delays when I was only expecting one
I messaged my anime group crying two weeks ago about the earthquake, 3rd or January. I had seen episode 13 the week before, so that week nothing aired, right?
So last week, I saw 14, thinking that everything had been corrected and we were caught up, but now you're telling me that THAT was supposed to be when 13 aired
Does that mean there was just a break for the new year that I mistook?
Forgive me, my answers are probably on that link you sent, but Imgur doesn't work in the UK because of stupid online safety stuff. Yes, most of anilist is now an absolute mess for me.. :(
You just have to consider the week of 12/27 as a part of the break it had, as again the episode that was meant to air that week was only available to you because CR released the full episode while the broadcast itself was interrupted - meaning the episode technically did not air that week making it a break in the weeks of 12/27 and 01/03 (2 weeks) instead of just 01/03 (1 week) which I imagine you think was the only week of break it had, which then causes the confusion you seem to have about the break itself.

Correct. The week of 01/03 nothing aired.

Yeah so seeing as you watched episode 13 on 12/27, in one of the weeks of the break due to CR releasing it fully and then watching ep 14 on 01/10 the week of ep 13 this is where it becomes a bit blurred.
Since the actual break as explained were the weeks of 12/27 and 01/03, but you watched ep 13 on 12/27 instead of 01/10 this would have been your 2nd week of break as a part of the original break, but then since you watched ep 14 on 01/10 because of the whole CR double release, 01/17 is now an additional week of break that was not planned by the original broadcast but was created by CR due to them releasing 2 eps (13 and 14) instead of just 13 as intended.

That is totally not on you so dw, even if images likely would have illustrated it easier than having to explain the intricacies of it instead since the situation is not so straightforward
