I mean it's a fine ending, but I was just on the part 3 copium and am mad that its over.

So name a plot point in part 2 that was fulfilled and left no plot holes or wasn't abandoned.

Tell me what sound Chainsaw Man heard in hell. Tell me why we WENT to hell. Tell me how many primordial evils there are. Tell me what devil Kobeni made a contract with. Tell me how Pochita got its wound at the beginning. Tell me what the true nature of Fiends is which kept getting referenced. Tell me why Pochita is the only devil that can erase other devils. Tell me what the conclusion to the MAIN ANTAGONIST of part 2 (Yoru) was (it was just disappearing spontaneously as Pochita decides to end the series on a whim).

Anything. Those are just examples. A good 'ending' actually RESOLVES the plot. It doesn't just 'end' the plot.

But hey, this coming from an author that publicly stated that he wants to conclude the series without resolving anything and ensuring everything was meaningless. The only thing he got wrong in his prediction for the ending 5 years ago was actually having Denji retain his development.

How is "nothing that happened in this story matters, because it didn't actually happen" not bad? That's some A grade copium. If you think about it this ending reset the story back to chapter 2. So what was the point of any of it?
