One day, high school boy Seiya Maki fell in love at first sight with Arisa Asahina, the most beautiful girl in his class, when he saw the ugly-looking bento that she brought to lunch.
"I want to eat Asahina-san's bento, so would you please go out with me?"
Arisa thought the strange confession was a bad joke at first, so she angrily rejected him. But Arisa eventually becomes interested in Seiya because of his eager sincerity and his kindness in helping her through her problems.
