I finally managed to watch Summer time rendering. And it really blew my mind. I've heard it said a lot like a combination of Higurashi, Re:Zero and Erased. And you must know i love all of the 3 anime. And that's why I thought either this anime is going to be just incredibly good or just really bad. And luckily it was the first of the two.
So as a start the question: "How good is Summer Time Rendering?" from the title of the review. If I answer directly, this anime is really really good and I can only recommend it to you.
At first I thought this was more of a slice of live anime or a comedy anime set in the summer. Because the one girl in the anime is wearing a swimsuit, but I was so wrong about that.
I have to say first of all. It's really a combination of Higurashi and Re:zero and also a bit of Erased. I couldn't really believe it at first. But the story and the characters and even the background music really gave me vibes from the 3 anime. You'll definitely understand once you've watched the anime. In any case, I can already recommend it 100% to everyone who is a fan of Higurashi, Re:zero and/or Erased.
Story: 10/10
I went into this anime really blind. Without having had any prior knowledge. The only thing I knew was that the anime was supposed to be like Higurashi, Re:zero and Erased.
At the beginning you are thrown straight into the world of Summertime Rendering without any explanation and you only experience everything little by little. I love something like that in general, that you can make up your own mind about how and what and why happened.
And I found the story interesting right from the start and I wanted to know everything about why things happened the way they did. There was also an opening, which I don't think was that good, but it didn't spoil anything and really anticipated it. On the other hand, I found that to be really good. (The 2nd opening, on the other hand, was really good and couldn't really anticipate anything from the story, because you roughly knew the story at the time.)
What do I think is part of every good story, that it is well thought out, from start to finish. And you get all your questions answered. And that was definitely the story of Summer Time Rendering. And the whole development and structure of the story was implemented really well. There were always moments in the anime where you have this mind blowing moment and are always surprised by the story. And I love that. And on top of that, the ending was really perfect and fantastic and it was a really fitting and good ending for this anime. As you've already noticed, there really isn't anything particularly bad about this story, and that means definitely.
Musik/Sounds and voice actors: 9/10
Opinions differ widely on this point in particular. But from my point of view, the voices of all the important characters also fitted really well. In addition, the background music, especially at the beginning, really reminded me of that of Re:zero and Higurashi. And I think the music was really perfect for this kind of anime. And above all, the music at the end was really perfectly chosen and really hit me emotionally again. The sound effects were really good too.
Characters 10/10
I think the characters are portrayed really well. You really noticed and saw how the characters developed over the course of the anime and learned from their mistakes and other things. In addition, every character that was important also got a backstory scene, which I really liked. Not every anime does something like that, and I particularly noticed it here. It definitely strengthened my understanding of the characters. And in general I think the characters fit the anime really well and their character types were implemented well.
Enjoyment: 9,8/10
I was really immersed in the anime's story from start to finish. And I couldn't stop watching because I wanted to know what's going to happen next and how it will end. There were 1-2 scenes that really only bothered me a little while watching, but they weren't relevant to the story or anime at all and I think I'm the only one who found them annoying.
Art and Animation: 9/10
The animations were definitely very good. In any case, I didn't notice anything bad. On the other hand, there weren't many scenes where I would say: "The animation is sooo good, I love it." But there were definitely beautiful animations in the most important scenes. And for this kind of anime, the animations were definitely good.
Over all 10/10
In any case, I really liked the anime and I loved the story and it captivated me. In addition, the anime really made me think about everything and triggered a lot of emotions in me and I think that's what makes a good anime, doesn't it?
In any case, I can actually recommend this anime to everyone and especially people who like the mystery and the topic of parallel universes and time travel, time loops, etc. who will particularly like it. By the way, I'm one of those people. In addition, I love something like that when you build real theories from our real world into an anime. Donald Davidson's "swampman theory" was incorporated into this anime, for example, and it also fitted the story perfectly. And like I said, the ending was really, really good. There really isn't much negative I can say about the anime.
My last thoughts(Read this after Watching the Anime)
One thing that still bothers me now was the question that Ajiro, Shinpei asked Karikiri, Masahito. "If the original is copied completely with all feelings and emotions and DNA and experiences etc., is it still a copy or is it already the original"
This question made me think a lot and I really tried to answer this question for myself, but unfortunately I haven't found the right answer until now...

Overall: 9/10
In short, the anime is about a girl who is super cute and popular with everyone and a good student. And about a boy who is more likely to be heard by everyone in the school and is also not good at school and he always looks gloomy and full of mystery. But through the fate, the two different worlds come together. And the two people show each other their true self. And how two opposites get along well and get closer and closer ...
The anime is really beautiful and definitely worth seeing for every romance fan. You really fall in love with the characters and the story while watching the anime and you feel with the characters. Above all I liked the character Izumi Miyamura and his development as he changed during the course of the anime and I also really liked Kyouko Hori and how cute they are. I really liked the story so I can really recommend the anime.
And I also find it funny that the anime of the anime consists of the two names of the main characters. Kyouko Hori + Izumi Miyamura= "Horimiya". I only noticed it while looking.
Story: 8/10
The anime is really a really beautiful and sweet romantic anime with a lot of classic love problems in high school life. And also with good character development and a few dramatic and funny moments. And the end of the anime was really really nice and I definitely liked it.
Art and Animation: 10/10
The anime is really beautifully drawn, especially the main characters look so great. And the anime has a lot of nice details too. And the animation looks really great from the anime too. But the opening is also nicely drawn and animated. But I don't think the ending is so nice, but everyone has a different opinion.
Sounds and voice actors: 8/10
The voice actors all did a great job too. And I think the voices suit everyone the character. I really liked every voice. But after a while the opening was a little too annoying for me to watch, because then it was a little too slow and unspecific for me. But still not bad. But just not mine, especially when you hear it so often. The ending is ok but not the best either.
Character: 10/10
The characters from the anime are really great. Really liked everyone and thought they all went well with the anime and were well incorporated into the anime. I really liked the main character Izumi Miyamura most of them. And he's definitely a new Husbando of mine. And he's had a really great character development and has really changed over the course of the anime. And I also like his design and his personality. But Kyouko Hori was also a really great character and found her really cute and I also liked her aggressive tsundere manner, but also her helpful and loving side.
Enjoyment: 9/10
I really enjoyed the anime. Especially at the beginning, the anime was exciting and you definitely wanted to know how the story would go on. The beginning of the second half of the anime got a little worse and wasn't that exciting anymore. But it definitely got better at the end of the second half of the anime.

Overall: 9/10
The anime starts like a classic Isekai anime. The main character is a total otaku who dies in an accident and is reborn as a baby in a world full of magic and monsters. And has to fight through his new life. But he was reborn with the memories of his old life. And so he decided for himself to do everything better in his new life...
I only started the anime because a voice actor I like took part in the anime and I found the anime immediately interesting that he was not reborn as an adult or a monster as in most Isekai, but as a baby but has his memories. And I wanted to know directly how it will go on. especially what it's all about magic and monsters in this world. And it also keeps me entertained and is definitely the right anime for every Isekai fan and a 100% recommendation from me. I can also say that the anime does not end after the 11 episodes and that there will be a continuation.
Story: 9/10You want to know all the time how things will go next and what will happen next and how far the main character is going. And in general the anime has a lot of cute and funny and cool, but also a few perverse scenes. And the story is definitely different. And the anime definitely has something.
Art and Animation: 9/10
The anime was definitely drawn quite nicely. But sometimes with the anime I lack the attention to detail. But I definitely like the animations a lot and if it gets even better with the second season. I'm looking forward to it.
Sounds and voice actors: 8/10
I said at the beginning that I only started the anime because of a voice actor that I really like. That's why I think the voice actors are really good and they all did a good job. And the voices sounded really appropriate to the character. But what I didn't like that much was the opening. This has become very important to me even after my time and I always skipped it here.
Character: 10/10
The characters are really all really good. I love the main character and how he lives his life in the new world as an otaku and his perverted way. But the family and the master and Eris all have something special and I thought they were all really well written and implemented. I also like the cute tsundere style of Eris.
Enjoyment: 9/10
I really enjoyed the anime and found it interesting from start to finish and wanted to know how it will go on. It is definitely a really good Isekai anime and there were really so many great scenes and they were often implemented so well. So I'm really looking forward to season 2 and I'm curious how it will go on.

Overall: 10/10
The anime begins with a 26-year-old man on his way home after being rejected by his crush. And then a high school student sees a late hour on the side of the road and decides that the girl can stay with the man in his apartment. And slowly he learns more and more about the girl and her sad story, what happened to her and how the two get along better and better...
When I started watching the anime, I was immediately drawn to the anime. And it stayed that way from start to finish. And the story of the high school girls hit me hard, found everything so sad that she had to go through that I also had to cry. So it is really a perfect drama anime and just right for everyone who loves drama. The anime was also very exciting and emotional. And also had so many beautiful and romantic moments. And I can really recommend the anime to everyone, especially if you're into drama. And of course I have to get a 10/10 for such a great anime because it really caught my attention.
Story: 10/10
The story is really so exciting and impressive and always wanted to know what would happen next and how the story would go on. And the story is really dramatic and sad. But there are also many beautiful moments. Above all, the end was really great, I would have wished for a few more little things, but it was really a good ending. And who knows, maybe a film will come and show how things will continue after the end

The voice actors have all done a really great job and all characters sound really good and the opening and ending are really great and are so nicely done. I love her.

The characters are so well written and especially the main characters I think are really well done and have a great character. And the high school girl definitely has waifu potential. And you definitely feel with the crackers in the course of the story.
Enjoyment: 9/10
The anime was really great and I really enjoyed it. The anime was really exciting and romantic with lots of beautiful and sweet scenes and there are also enough Roman scenes. And I loved the anime from start to finish.
