I don't know what 2nd OVA is missing tbh (episode 0 is already included in the main entry), but if you scroll down there's this button that will take you to the submission manual how to add titles to our database.

To be clear, this was already on the site and has been since its release, however we simply had it combined with Noragami OVA

The notification was to let people know that it was split out from that other entry (if you look at your own list entry for the above, you'll see you have it marked as 4 eps watched even though it now only has 2 episodes listed).

Similarly, as Morimasa said there is no 2nd OVA of Saekano (I'm not even sure I've seen a 1st OVA for Saekano tbh).

I knew that the 4 OVA were icluded in one entry.

For Saekano, yes I meant by the OVA the episodes 0, and I didn't know that they were included in their main season. However, I still hope for them to get their own entry,

God dammit. I thought Studio Bones just announced a new OVA.
