For me the most under-rated anime is plastic memories and the most over-rated is dragon ball super.
What makes you think DBS is overrated? I thought the general consensus was that it was pretty bad
Yea it's bad but still there is a lot of fahbase of dbs,who hyped up the show.I agree that it isn't that great as DBZ still for me dbs was more hyped than it was worth.
Plastic Memories is not underrated IMO, it had 44,800 completed and over 20,000 planning. It's one of the most recommended when it comes down to the romance genre.
But still it's not as popular as the other titles like ylia.
