Personally I would recommend the anime because the fights are cool and the openings/endings are all bangers.

The animation doesn’t suddenly get a whole lot better but it does start improving bit by bit. Don’t get me wrong tho it’s no Seven Deadly Sins Season 3. It has pretty average animation imo.
