  There’s a thing called animation style. Literally all the anime’s in like the 90’s were choppy like. Plus the author/mangaka said that he wanted the anime to have this style.

  And this certain animation style that was used is no different from the manga itself, like the only difference was they just added sounds. My point is, they could've done better, or they should've chosen another animation style, and I'm sure that you, yourself, know it.. especially since it's coming from Netflix, we definitely expected better

  but there's even better ways to do it better and honestly netfilx dragged j.c staff for that (probably paid them alot) despite jc can do better than this and even the manga publisher isn't part of the anime's funders it's only netflix.

  Please stop blaming Netflix, when the author requested it this way and both the producer and director from JC staff signed off on it. Netflix just pays for the exclusivity to be a Netflix original.

  Criticism is a ground for improvement, I can't praise something that isn't satisfactory... plus, this "animation style" isn't much different from the manga, the only difference is the "anime adaptation" has sounds. Like what's the point of adapting it into anime if there's not much diffrence anyway

Some of y'all are honestly fucking over exaggerating about the animation. It looks good for what it is, and it's not supposed to be some grand, over the top "we spent all the money we have" kind of thing. It's simple because it was intended to be.

I enjoyed the premise of the show and thought it was really chill, but I hope they actually change the animation. It was literally just a few still images that moved around the screen using keys. It just seemed lazy...
