Tbh I didnt mind the animation style xd
Same, I think it’s perfect for the anime
It just defeats the purpose of the "anime adaptation" lmao
There’s a thing called animation style. Literally all the anime’s in like the 90’s were choppy like. Plus the author/mangaka said that he wanted the anime to have this style.
Listen... There's "choppy", and then there's this.
Also, "literally all the anime in the 90's" were absolutely not choppy.
And this certain animation style that was used is no different from the manga itself, like the only difference was they just added sounds. My point is, they could've done better, or they should've chosen another animation style, and I'm sure that you, yourself, know it.. especially since it's coming from Netflix, we definitely expected better
but there's even better ways to do it better and honestly netfilx dragged j.c staff for that (probably paid them alot) despite jc can do better than this and even the manga publisher isn't part of the anime's funders it's only netflix.
continue this thread →Please stop blaming Netflix, when the author requested it this way and both the producer and director from JC staff signed off on it. Netflix just pays for the exclusivity to be a Netflix original.
