a few come to mind for me personally:
Fumetsu no Anata e
Wonder Egg Priority
these ones i don't "despise" but
what made you hate wonder egg? i heard it was rushed , i got to ep 2 but put it on hold
the show had a good concept but failed to play to it's strengths and instead tried to do something other shows like the monogatari series or even bunny girl senpai have already done better. even though it was flawed it could've been a solid 7 or 8/10 but the show really wen't downhill after episode 7 because of production issues. also some parts of the show are pretty problematic like how it uses one of it's characters cutting as purely a plot device in one episode and implying (or well literally having her say it) that self-harming is a good coping mechanism because at least you're not killing yourself(???), which is obviously a terrible thing to tell the target demographic of the show (primarily teenage girls). it just feels like the show wanted to talk about serious topics but in the end it doesn't really have much to say about those issues besides the fact that they are something that exists.
so yeah wonder egg priority is a show that had potential to be something special but wasted it by adding a shitty unnecessary plot twist that undermined the whole story and just generally wasted the opportunity to talk about actual important issue by just acknowledging their exist and then instantly moving on to the next one.
what made you hate tye's ending?
it's not that i hated the ending specifically but rather the plot progression past the first arc. the entire show is basically Fushi meets someone --> they die --> Fushi is sad about it. the first arc with the wolf and Gugu's arc were by far the best in the szn, because the former sets the stage and the screentime of the latter allows the viewer to become more intimate with a character for once
the remaining deaths trivialize what the wolf arc was meant to construct, and while i saw glimpses of hope a la Gugu, unfortunately i didn't get any enjoyment beyond that
