So its the 2 Movies splitted in Episodes?
seems like it, saw some twitter anime news account mention a bit of extra concent but it wasnt mentioned in the crunchyroll article so no idea if thats true and what it means if it is
The variety article specifies it will be 18 episodes. If they are 24 minutes long thats going to be like 6-8 episodes of new material.
Functionally the 2 movies are just recaps of the tv series that released before the series they are recapping

Well we dont really have information confirming that it is in fact different to my knowledge, just publicity articles saying it is. I havent seen anything confirming episode duration or anything else like that.
