People just don't get isekai'd the right way anymore.
Other than that.
Class transport: Check
Hero is a useless twat: Check
Summoner has some funny business going on: Check
MC is not a useless twat: Check
So I guess we have more or less the starting point of Arifureta.
I wouldn't say the checks are completely accurate. Hero isn't useless. He has a natural reaction to stressful situation in the dungeon (apart from being cursed). And from what I remember from the manga, the curse is part of the larger intrigue of the King and the Princess. Hero is actually a decent person (not like the Hero guy from Arifureta who constantly judged Hajime) and trusts and respects the MC very much and wants to support him properly, hence why he wants to become stronger later on. TBH I had my eye on this story for a while because from all the isekais I saw this one had this whole idea of an intrigue going on and MC not trusting the people out of simple causiousness (and he turns out to be right) while the rest is just reacting like any regular person would. Maybe it looks a bit naive of them to not be at least a little bit suspicious but tbh who normal born and raised in our world with pretty decent regular life would actually have suspicion as a first reaction. Not many people. Usually people who were wronged would have this reaction first. MC is just the typical calculative type so he took this into consideration while the rest was like "wow, isekai, cool!".
I'm looking forward to the intrigue and what the heck is King's evil plan.
