Ok so you are obviously into apocolyptic/sci-fi/fantasy thrillers. So, I would watch:
1) Jujutsu Kaisen
2)Attack on Titan
3)High Rise Invasion
4)Children of the Whales or Magi(not as intense/gory as the others, light-hearted)

Never watched those, so I wouldn't take my suggestions very seriously. I looked up the main genre of your movie, and I would suggest The Death Note, Great Pretender, High Rise Invasion, and Hero Mask. All fall under either crime, psychological, investigative, and thriller.

My favorites: I am having trouble not naming anime :)
Movie: The Theory of Everything... tears up
Series: New Girl, hehe OH SH*T, maybe Modern Family
