Hi! I'm Deezer! My daughter got me hooked on anime back in the early 2000's and now I'm trying to track down two of my favorites.
I don't remember the names, but one focuses on the demons (good ones) who protect a particular village. The things I most remember about it are that the main demon character wears a long scarf and has fox (?) ears.
The other one I remember very little about, other the main character was a rather disaffected teen who was friends with (or the big brother of) a younger girl. In the episodes, a deafening bell would ring, causing them mind-splitting headaches and transporting them into an alternate universe. If anyone has any ideas as to the names of these animes, PLEASE respond. I'd love to find them!
