Honestly, you should abandon the series. The manga was a disappointment and this season is no better, it's not looking good for the second part either. In fact, MAPPA has somehow made part 1 even worse. It's a shabby mess of an adaptation, even IF you are able to get past the horrible CG and nasty shading. Just be happy that you had three nice seasons in a row, I myself take solace in that.

Attack on Titan is so unbelievably overrated. I get that it's a good show but it doesn't deserve the amount of praise that it gets when compared to genuine masterpieces. FMA Brotherhood is a similar show in that regard.

The newest season of AOT/SNK and its corresponding manga chapters horrified me more than anything, by demonstrating how fast a series can go downhill.
