Isekai is the new ecchi, remember back in the 2000's when EVERYTHING had to insert some "boobies" moments ? Same stuff happening here, basic characters with no real development, basic story copy/pasted from somewhere else and it still can't make a good story

I think Captain Tsubasa is the go to anime in that case, if you can leave the old looking graphics aside.
Maybe if you're a bit more on the cartoonish side of stuff, or maybe show your nephew a soccer anime I'd go with Inazuma Eleven, the story isn't that perfect but it is kinda fun and entertaining to watch if you ask me.

If you're surprised with how many times I've watched Irregular, try seeing the other ones I've rewatched (just updated my list)
Well,
- I do tend to rate things quite highly, even though I dont know if its on a level its still considered a good thing
- Indeed, I don't have a favorite genre, its about the story, and how well it is told
- About the rewatches on Irregular, it wasn't the only one I've rewatched this many times, I'm having a hard time remembering what i've rewatched (and also which movies) and how many times, so expect some more surprising numbers soon!
- I've too much to catch up, and things I need to watch even though I dont put everythingin my planning list since i can remember some ones (Kimi no Na Wa), its already at a chaotic point haha, but it's mostly because of the beginner anime challenge though, it'll shrink in a few days.
- Also, I do am eager to discuss this kinds of things with fellow users, hence the size of this comment lol

I see you like watching animes, but most important you like feeling the competitive side of things, hence those challenge stuff, as far as rating goes, we have a few stuff in common and also a few stuff not in common and that makes me think you're a pretty fun guy(?) to talk to
I think you MAYBE have put a little bit of effort in organizing your lists, but as far as I can see you're not totally insane since you liked Saiki Kusuo, and those "Unpopular Opinions" are really good! I dont agree with most of them, but I can see why someone wouldnt like those
I've read Boku dake ga Inai Machi, so I'll definitely check out the anime, just been a little out of time recently, but thanks anyway
