As a matter of fact, I have very few memories of Sword Art Online, and from what I remember, everything is pretty mediocre. So when I say that Aincrad is my favorite arc, it doesn't mean much. However, s1 managed to please me more because of the "Dungeon system", classic RPG. I agree that it is very rushed and that it could be used more, but because of these factors (RPG system) that made me prefer s1. Maybe one day I'll review Sword Art Online to get a new look at the anime. (Sorry for my horrible english, I'm Brazilian btw)

Because Aincrad was my favorite arc, featuring great characters like Asuna and Yui. Also, I didn't really like the phantom bullet arc (gun gale online). I liked Mother's Rosario, but because of the previous arcs, I prefer s1 to s2
