I know I'm late to the game here, but I just started watching this show, and holy cow; I definitely love this one! Never would have looked at fire fighters and thought..you know what this needs..demons. But holy cow, it made it good!

Fiction, whether anime or not, is valuable. It helps encounter subjects and topics that otherwise are difficult to talk about. Our enjoyment of fiction is a part of our journey to discover truth and find something that resonates with us. Reality is literally whatever you live in so if your life is watching anime then that is your reality. You physically can't escape reality. You can run from your problems but everyone does it we just use different means to do it.

Woah. talk about a good sized planning on list. I just started watching hoshiai no sora. Its really good.

Finally got caught up! This episode was super good, but I wish it would go more into how he has both second and third and how all the powers work. I haven't read the manga but it's on the way.

I started when I was pretty young. My older brothers watched Gundam Wing and I watched digimon. I got hooked on DBZ then found naruto, then fell down the rabbit hole of anime after that. :D I actually hated anime at first, but by the time I was in 3rd grade I fell in love with it.

Ergo proxy is a trip. I liked it and has some thought behind it, but I don't know that I'd call it psychological in the same way

I enjoyed S1 but once I started reading the manga I was done with the show..then I got bored of the Manga....

I keep mine to a minimum. I just started with the website, but when it comes down to it, It just makes it more meaningful to keep it small, since it requires thought. Echo what someone else said here, but to get on my short list I have to be able to watch it literally any time without ever being like.."uhh I shouldn't watch that yet again"
