Yeah, to be fair, with Jun Maeda's one-cour shows, the endings always seem to be so rushed, this one was like wtf though.
Yeah, I was so mad at how bad they butchered it towards the end. I think it was like episode 8 when the girl got kidnapped or whatever and that's when my enjoyment just plummeted :/

Yeah I'd say so, I didn't rly watch it for the story. The "fights" between characters and the whole underdog thing with Soma is what I watched it for. Plus every chef has like their own style/gimmick and the animation at the start is pretty good so the food looks top tier.
Yeah I think I just found it boring, like I remember while I was watching it weekly people were raving about how season 2 was really elevating everything from season 1 but I just found it more of the same. Usually I like this sort of stuff but idk I'm just not invested in re:zero. I don't really like leaving anime unfinished so I'll probably come back to it later.

I really enjoyed the first 2/3 seasons, everyone has different tastes but the amount of ridiculousness coupled with the fun characters made it rly enjoyable for me

idk hahah looking back at your list, it seems way off. I think I saw a few older anime like Pokemon that u would've finished while it was airing on TV or something.

I get what you mean, but for me it's something that I just put aside and laugh off cause the show is really hype imo. Although after like season 2 or 3 the anime gets really bad.
