really short but really cute and wholesome
A bunch of Itsuki shorts, but they are very well done and have pretty amazing art.

God-tier nino manga. Art looks exactly like the original mangaka's, some suspect its even him under a different pen name (this dude also made a hentai chapter if ur into that LMAO).

Nino victory in light novel format. Absolutely amazing writing. If the series were to continue past one of the quintuplets winning, this is definitely the way it should go. Quite long but very worth the read. Was written during the events of chapter 73, so anything that occurred past then isn't canon in this story.

These are the only 3 quint fanmade works that I'd rate a 10/10 (and I'm a lowlife so trust me I've read too many). Def recommend for anyone who's finished the manga.
I totally agree with your point about Miku. She just keeps going in circles claiming she's gonna be the one to win but then she doesn't do much about it, and I love her and all but by the end she did get a bit annoying.
When I started the series I hated Nino too but she has the best character development out of any of the quints imo and is easily first place for me. I do think she would be suited for the role, but I guess that's partly because I read a few fanmade things lmao. You should give them a try tho because Nino easily has the most fanmade content and some of the stuff has actual god-tier storytelling and art.
Yeah, don't get me wrong, I don't mind that that quint won, her character definitely fits the role, but I wish the manga had better developed her.
However, I do feel that each quint would be a good fit for Fuutarou (not Ichika tho, fuck a bitch named Ichika).
I do agree about the massive bombardment of development for her being weird/overwhelming, but I feel like the way the anime is going with her development is leaning more towards making her victory much more satisfying and acceptable compared to the manga rather than actually going for an anime-original ending. They also seem to be solidifying the fact that Itsuki does in-fact like Fuutarou, because by the end of the manga most people were confused as to if she ever fell in love with him or not.
There is still plenty from the manga to be adapted, enough for a 3rd Season and maybe an OVA or two. And yeah the anime is generally following the manga but this most recent episode had a few minor differences as well as different framing around certain events which could change the outcome. Most people suspect an anime original ending though because most agree that the manga's ending was terrible/underwhelming, so it would kill the anime's ratings if they followed the manga ending. However, some of the minor differences I've noticed so far seem to be on the path to correcting the ending of the manga and maybe even completely changing it.
