Read its manga if you'd like..... at least it will be faster.

I know its hard to get into gintama as its not bingeable but if you can get through that, It's one of the best shounen comedy there is( as you might know its top rated in mal and anilist). Its last four major arcs are the best also you can skip any minor arc if you find it boring as they are mostly 2-3 eps.

I..........see.... ... you couldn't be more wrong about it
First off you seems like the person who like turn off their brain while watching anime.
You like the shows that require no brain power eg., Chivalry of a Failed Knight(9.6/10....damn).
I get it.....its fun and relaxing n all but try to go somewhat deeper into characters, plot, development, dialogues, interactions etc.
The characters of bakemono are far better and have substance behind them(not like your typical tsundere fmc, dense af mc, kuudere lil sis, irrelevant friend A's).
Those non stop talking have a meaning if you listen carefully.
The art style is contrasting, can be used as a metaphor sometimes, and the details have meaning which words can't display(just so you know its based on a LN series and background is the same there so no artist fault).
AND IT HAS A STORY TRY TO UNDERSTAND IT..........or not i know some people don't like this kinda theme so its up to you, I an just giving my opinion.

well about AOT....it could have been perfect for me but it went downhill after Marley arc (imo)
Tokyo Ghoul:Re was a great sequel to tokyo ghoul. We get to see major plot twists, mysteries revolved and good character development of kaneki. Some people find it a bit melodramatic but I think it fits the atmosphere. There is also this opinion that kaneki gets edgy which I completely deny because if you look into his state of mind during the development, edgy wont be the word to describe it.
Also the art gets better.
Though some side characters may seem irrelevant sometimes because not much focus is given to them as compared to Tokyo Ghoul.
There are some other negatives of it too but they may be spoilers so I will refrain
