I've always listened to electronic music growing up so that's kinda stuck with me but I also like other genres as detailed below:

Melodic Dubstep: MiTiS, Crywolf, JVNA, The Eden Project, Laura Brehm, Skrux, Au5, Seven Lions, Echos, Singularity
Chillstep: Isolated, CMA, Sappheiros
Liquid drum & bass: Feint

I quite like lofi hip hop, also a big fan of Nujabes!
I guess for anime openings and endings, for some reason I really love rock. Check out TRIBAL CHAIR, they are one of my favourites and did the ending for One Outs.
