Is it just me or does someone else also think it felt like pacing, different from all the other episodes? It's like they are changing directors every 3 episodes.
Does someone know if is it the same team behind all episodes?
The last part was pretty good though, at least we had one happy ending, Cyan deserved this.
She gave a lot of opportunities for him to open up though. There were a lot of moments he could have confessed and got things right, but he hesitated to do so. He has nobody to blame but himself.
He could have gotten the crush of his life, his friend a hero's lifestyle if he was honest to himself, that's what I took from his storyline at least.

This episode only further solidifies my belief that this series is criminally underrated. 1h episode with a diversity of scenarios, backgrounds, a story related to scammers and at the same time shows a glimpse of hope in human nature?
Great stuff in my opinion, the pacing felt slow at times and I wish we had further details on what happened to the guy that was in love with the scammer, but I really liked Lu Guang's character growth.
He's very proficient into stringing different pieces of what it seems to be randomly-generated stories into an entertaining main plotline.
And if you look into it, the mangaka's backstory when coming up with Dandadan story is actually about that. (How to struggle and come up with original ideas). I recommend giving it a read.
