Yeah I managed to finish it, but by episode 12 I was just like "can't this just end already?"

PLEASE- I wanted to like Carole & Tuesday soo bad! The show just fell so flat for me! Like that was the biggest disappointment I had for an anime in so long when I saw it- I even watched it with my mom and she didn't like it

I've gotta say, I really liked Wonder Egg Priority but i get where ur coming from. That being said this list is based- I loved the Gurren Laggan art style but for the life of me I could not finish it (and I still haven't..)

Oh my god yes. I think it's supposed to look more like how the manga is drawn (pardon me bc I haven't read it yet) but in comparison to how the first few seasons looked? it's so bad lol

This is such an easy question for me to answer bc I have shit taste. Fairytail was my favorite anime for yeears and I've still been keeping up with 100 Years Quest despite how down-right not good it is. I also watched Corpse Party a few months ago and I'm ashamed to admit how much I liked watching it. It was so bad it was entertaining.

edit: Hi, I just wanted to add Future Diary- all I heard about it before watching was that it was shitty but all in all I thought it was interesting minus the sexual assault scenes

Honestly, SAO was kinda trash. Like it seemed really cool but it just became this weird harem somehow. And don't get me wrong, I love harems, but it was more of a weird love triangle side plot that was distracting and didn't make sense in the context of the show. The fighting scenes were subpar, I wished Asuna was less of a doormat (she had like three cool fighting moments, which in total there wasn't that much actual fighting going on), the sword fighting moments were quick and uninteresting, and GGO SUCKED, so points off of SAO for having such a shitty alternative. The characters were lame, voice acting lame, the plot wasn't consistent, the world building was lame and so on. I really liked SAO when I was in middle school, which makes sense because I was a middle schooler and has no criteria of what makes something good or bad. If you like it, that's cool, but it's just not my taste. OP is great, but I haven't seen it in a while (and I also haven't seen the second szn so don't attack me). I really liked the dry humor and overall was a fun show to watch :)

oo i was thinking WEP reminded me of madoka magica. it's not presented as a magical girl anime, but it watches like one and has similar elements to it as a magical girl show. Honestly i related it more so towards Magical Girl Site, and maybe it's because i've just finished reading the manga, but this idea of "tragic" girls getting some kind of revenge/closure on the people who ruined their lives is similar in both. However, WEP is so much better than MGS in about every way. The issues the girls face are dealt with much more sympathy and class, the visuals are SO much better, and even in the minimal time we've met the characters, they all seem more interesting. What I really like about WEP is that its abstract enough for the audience to insert their own themes and ideas. I have a lot of thoughts about magical girl anime (especially newer ones that all have this deceptive "oh this story is actually really dark," element to it) and so far WEP has been the ideal. Very much looking forward to the next episode.
