One thing I think this manga does really well is depicting passed time. I feel like things have changed so much since the beginning you can almost reminisce on how things used to be. It’s pretty cool.

The art in this is so good, Hokazono has insane pen game.

I feel like there’s such a tonal shift around the halfway mark where I was left thinking “…so when’s it going to return to the mood of the first half?” for most of the second half…

I haven’t watched this episode yet, but judging from everyone’s comments, I think I might just read the manga too.

Very bold and interesting. I think it has a lot of potential, and I enjoyed the first episode.

Blue Box is pretty good slow burn romance, 2nd season releasing soon. Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity is a good cutesy romance.

I would say give it a chance. The side characters still get a decent chunk of page time in the manga, and you might come around on Taiki and Chii.

You don’t like Hina?

I always love the little dialogues between the characters, they feel so wholesome and natural. I was wondering about Chinatsu’s neighbor, although I have a very very tiny suspicion Miura is going to do a bait and switch with that like she did with Ayame when she was introduced, and also Hyodo’s little sister. This time does feel different, but… We’ll see.
