Death Note
It seems like you haven't watched Death Note yet, so I think a good start would be Death Note in manga form.
It encompasses every quality of a standard/classic manga and has a great story, so I'd recommend that as a starting point for you.
What I will tell you to not read is Manwha (basically Korean mangas), like "Solo Leveling" recommended above. The format is not the same as a manga and the art is usually very lackluster as well.

If you're a male, 7/10. Too much sensual stuff and little girls.
If you're a female, 4/10. Much more stoic than what most females would probably watch (organized, reserved and disciplined), but there's quite a few edgy selections to your list, which makes me think you could potentially be into smoking and tattoos.
Much better than the anime because at least we got past the boring and disappointing part, so it could only go up from there. Fresh new characters that were much better than the main ones introduced; new better shock factors. Unfortunately still dreadfully slow placed and we didn't move forward enough in the story. Gave it a 5/10.

So many questions, but let's focus on this:
How can you possibly give Jujutsu Kaisen a 3/10?
I'm guessing you're a female based on your top animes, which would at least explain part of the reason.

9/10
Nice black-and-white tone. Good formatting on posts. Varied usage of gifs and images.
-1 for having way too many favorites and I always found the "Staff" category to be useless.
@Rinko
Literally 0/10
Complete opposites
After watching so many different stuff, how do you even choose? Quality? How it made you feel?
Non-issue.
Imagine that you're given 2 plates for free:
A) A decent right-around-the-corner family-shop burger that costs ($6).
B) Grilled Swordfish over Sweet Corn Succotash with Corn Brulée ($120).
Let's assume you don't like the taste of fish and corn. We can safely bet that you will enjoy choice A the most.
However, you can still acknowledge that more "skill", "finesse", "technique", and "quality" went into choice B.
Does that mean you'll rate B higher than A? Of course not, because rating is a reflection of the degree of joy that the meal has brought you.
Imagine that you're feeding a recommendation AI your taste in order for it to understand what you like and create a suitable profile for you. You'll get moronic recommendations if you rate stuff based on "quality" rather than your own enjoyment.
