I watched Madoka 6 times. Completely worth it. Everytime I rewatch it the show just gets better and better.

The problem I have with both of these: It feels like Maeda Jun wrote up stories that was intended for two cours, but then he realized that the anime he was writing for was actually single cour, but instead of rewriting them, he just took them and just compressed it down so it would fit in a single cour. Personally, I found them too rushed, especially the endings.
