BDs for anime is a collector's item for die heart fans. Low sales are usually caused by one or more of the following reasons:

1. The die heart fan base is small (popularity);
2. The die heart fan base don't tend to spend (genre); and
3. The die heart fan base is unhappy with the product (adaptation).

Currently Kyoto Animation or madhouse, but I project A-1 picture can be the future of anime.
They have a very efficient model to work on by only having animation directors to check the animation, but not animating them itself. But the downside is that it also heavily rely on the ability and network of the producer as there is a higher risk of messing up schedule or fail to put up a good team of competent staff/animator/studios.
They are still relatively new and inconsistent. Once they figure their staff out and become experienced, I can see them putting out around 6 anime with very good production value/ animation quality every year (like Eromanga Sensei, Slow Start or Your Lie in April)

No, this is a gag anime.

My favourite soundtrack is from Oreimo. The soundtrack does not sound like something cool to listen, but it's good, like the anime itself.
